Welcome to Blossum AI, a product of Appnything. By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. Use of the App
Blossum AI is designed to help users explore and improve their skincare routines through AI-powered facial analysis and personalized daily habits. You agree to use the app only for lawful, personal purposes and in a way that does not harm, disrupt, or misuse the service.
You are responsible for any content you create or submit in the app, including photos, daily routine inputs, and personal preferences.
2. Accounts
An account is required to use Blossum AI. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Photo Submission and AI Analysis
Blossum AI uses AI technology powered by Google Gemini to analyze facial photos you submit. By submitting a photo, you grant Appnything permission to process that photo for the purpose of generating analysis results within the app.
Important: AI-generated analysis results — including ratings related to skin quality, facial symmetry, proportions, and features — are produced by an automated system and are intended for personal, informational use only. They do not constitute medical, dermatological, cosmetic, or professional advice of any kind. You should not rely on these results as a substitute for professional consultation.
You must only submit photos of yourself or photos for which you have explicit permission from the person depicted. You agree not to submit photos of minors.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Blossum AI offers paid subscriptions that unlock premium features, including advanced AI analysis and personalized routine tools.
Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date through your app store account. Pricing and subscription options may change at any time. Refunds are handled by the platform from which the purchase was made, according to that platform's policies.
5. Free Trials
We may offer free trial periods for premium features. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription may begin automatically. Trial availability may vary and may be limited to new users.
6. Data and Privacy
Your use of the app is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information — including photos and analysis data — is collected, used, stored, and protected.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
• submit photos of other individuals without their consent;
• submit photos of anyone under the age of 13;
• attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the AI analysis system;
• use the app in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations; or
• interfere with the security or integrity of the app or its services.
8. Service Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features — including AI analysis — may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Blossum AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. AI analysis results are generated automatically and may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your individual circumstances. Appnything makes no representations regarding the accuracy or reliability of any AI-generated content.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Appnything is not responsible for losses, damages, or outcomes resulting from your use of the app or reliance on AI analysis results, including any decisions made based on those results.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the app if these terms are violated, if use of the service presents a risk to other users or the app's systems, or for any other reason at our discretion with reasonable notice where required.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of Blossum AI after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
