Welcome to Checklist App, a product of Appnything. By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. Use of the App
Checklist App is designed to help users manage habits, tasks, and personal goals. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm, disrupt, or misuse the service.
You are responsible for any content you create in the app, including checklists, habits, notes, and preferences.
2. Accounts
You may be required to create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity that occurs under it.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
Checklist App may offer paid subscriptions or one-time purchases that unlock premium features.
Payments are processed through Google Play or the Apple App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date through your app store account. Pricing and subscription options may change at any time. Refunds are handled by the platform from which the purchase was made, according to that platform’s policies.
4. Free Trials
We may offer free trial periods for premium features. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription may begin automatically. Trial availability may vary and may be limited.
5. Data and Privacy
Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is collected, used, stored, and protected.
6. Service Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
7. Limitation of Liability
Checklist App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Appnything is not responsible for losses, damages, or outcomes resulting from your use of the app, to the extent permitted by law.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the app if these terms are violated or if use of the service presents a risk to the app, its systems, or other users.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of Checklist App after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
