Welcome to VibePlan, a product of Appnything. By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. Use of the App
VibePlan is designed to help users plan trips and events based on their location, available time, budget, group size, transportation, and other personal preferences. You agree to use the app only for lawful, personal purposes and in a way that does not harm, disrupt, or misuse the service.
You are responsible for any content you create or submit in the app, including trip inputs, saved plans, and preferences.
2. Accounts
An account is required to use VibePlan. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Location Access
VibePlan uses your device location while the app is open to generate relevant trip and event plans. By using the app's planning features, you consent to this use of your location data.
You may revoke location permissions at any time through your device settings. Doing so may limit certain features of the app. VibePlan does not access your location in the background when the app is not in use.
4. Planning Features and Recommendations
VibePlan generates trip and event recommendations based on the inputs you provide, including location, group size, time available, budget, transportation, and food preferences. These recommendations are provided for informational and planning purposes only.
Appnything does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, pricing, or quality of any places, businesses, routes, or services suggested by the app. You are responsible for verifying any information before making bookings, purchases, or travel decisions.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
VibePlan offers paid subscriptions that unlock premium planning features.
Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date through your app store account. Pricing and subscription options may change at any time. Refunds are handled by the platform from which the purchase was made, according to that platform's policies.
6. Free Trials
We may offer free trial periods for premium features. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription may begin automatically. Trial availability may vary and may be limited to new users.
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of the app is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information — including location data and saved plans — is collected, used, stored, and protected.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
• use the app for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
• attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the app's planning or recommendation systems;
• submit false or misleading inputs intended to manipulate recommendations; or
• interfere with the security or integrity of the app or its services.
9. Third-Party Services and Content
VibePlan may display information from or link to third-party services including maps, business listings, or location providers. These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Appnything is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party service.
10. Service Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
VibePlan is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Appnything makes no representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any plans, recommendations, or information generated by the app.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Appnything is not responsible for losses, damages, or outcomes resulting from your use of the app or reliance on its recommendations, including decisions made about travel, bookings, or expenses.
13. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the app if these terms are violated, if use of the service presents a risk to other users or the app's systems, or for any other reason at our discretion with reasonable notice where required.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of VibePlan after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
